Breaking: Gina and Doug Dahlen and Dede Evavold Charged in Sandra Rucki Parental Kidnapping Case

In the historic Teenager Family Abduction Case in Minnesota, Gina Dahlen, Douglas Dahlen and Dede Evavold were charged on January 11, 2016 as third party conspirators in the Sandra Rucki Parental Kidnapping Case. This is one of the few times that alleged members of the protective parent movement or family court critics will be prosecuted. They have been charged with 2 counts of parental deprivation for their alleged role in hiding the Rucki girls.

Editor’s Comments: Over the years in Family Abduction Trials, there have been a number of third party conspirators that have taken the witness stand to testify that they were just helping the parental kidnapper as good samaritans. Some of them cried on the witness stand when admonished by the District Attorney that they could be charged. These protective parent movement supporters and/or family court critics didn’t believe that they would ever be prosecuted for helping a parental kidnapper. To all searching parents, the kidnapping of their child is one of the worst nightmare’s for a parent. Finally, a District Attorney has stepped up in Minnesota that will take the first step toward changing that storyline. Parental Kidnapping is a horrible crime against children and teenagers. These three individuals could have helped the Rucki girls in so many other ways other than helping Sandra Rucki deprive her former spouse of custody of his children.
