Gianna & Samantha Rucki – Family Abduction Victims

We have been following the “protective parent” movement for several decades. These mothers and their supporters are now coming out publicly whereas in the past, their identity has been very private. You see these supporters now on Facebook, Twitter and other social media posts applauding the civil disobedience committed by mothers like Sandra Rucki — family court litigants that lost joint custody of their children because they showed little or no respect for the Family Court process including the Judge. These so called protective moms were unwilling to agree to co-parenting or joint custody of their children as today’s court’s clearly prefer. They want to write their former spouse out of their child or chldrens’ lives. They do not stop to question if their belief is reasonable or unreasonable but are willing to any extreme including perjury, forgery, fraud, parental alienation and finally kidnapping.

In a small number of cases, we have seen teenagers like Gianna and Samantha Rucki instead of staying neutral in the custody dispute sadly agree to be used as a pawn of the protective parent. For many it’s in their DNA like their protective mom to be the center of attention in the media. They are terribly led to believe that if they go into hiding, then there will be television cameras and TV Talk Shows in their future, maybe made-for-television Movie. Maybe they can bypass High School and College altogether and go straight to Hollywood.

Unfortunately, for these protective parent poster children this has not and will not happen. The last teenager that did this had to pass her high school equivalency exam to get into a State College. Another wants to be a lawyer but has been unable to get into law school. She has been carrying on the work of her mother as an protective parent activist. Perhaps these children may have had very different lives had they stayed neutral in their parent’s divorce. I understand one child of a protective parent did stay neutral and is a Columbia Law School and Harvard Graduate and now practices law in Washington DC.

Finally, for Gianna and Samantha Rucki, the time has come for them to come out of hiding and to resume their lives as young teenagers with dreams, aspirations and goals of high school students. Those pathetic misguided protective parent supporters that selfishly want them to stay in hiding, those inviduals are need to get some therapy. If Sandra Rucki didn’t like the Family Court Ruling, then Sandra Rucki needed to take her case back to court. There is no such thing as a permanent custody ruling. Sandra Rucki is in jail and should stay in jail until her daughters surface. The only question that remains is how many months or years will it take for these Protective Parent Poster Children Samantha and Gianna to end this.

Breaking: Police say Network of Family Court Critics Is Hiding the Rucki Girls

November 3, 2015

A story in the StarTribune is one of the first to link the Family Court Critics to the “protective parent” movement that police believe are responsible for hiding the Samantha and Gianna Rucki, the two teenager girls from Lakeville, Minnesota.

In this case, the girls mother Sandra Rucki has been arrested and charged with three felony counts of deprivation of parental rights. Her controversial attorney Michelle MacDonald says that her client does not want police to find the girls.

In the story, Faye Yager is now claiming that she is still involved in the underground and that the network is accessed through social media, churches and women’s shelters. Yager has previously said she was retired and is no longer involved.

Amy Neustein, who lost custody of her child (now a successful attorney who has not spoken to her mom in years) is interviewed in the article. Cindy Dumas of San Diego claims to have reliable sources that the girls are underground and safe. Other possible accomplices in the felony counts could be Michael Rhedin and Dale Nathan. Dede Evavold, a campaign manager for Michelle MacDonald is named as a supporter of the Protective Parent Movement.

Editors Note: Our Nation’s Family Court System as well as our Child Protection System have many legal options for parents like Sandra Rucki. Kidnapping should never be an option. These teenage girls deserve a life better than being used as pawns or poster girls for the protective parent movement. As these girls approach high school graduation and should be concerned about getting into a good college, their mother was vacationing in Florida with her a new boyfriend. Sandra Rucki and any third party conspirators need to be prosecuted and more importantly these girls need to be found so they can finish high school.

I would really like to hear the Samantha and Gianni Rucki’s side of the story. Are they articulate young adults or naive, misguided teenagers?

Samantha and Gianna Rucki, were most likely kidnapped in a teenager parental kidnapping case in April 2013. Their custodial-embattled mother Sandra Grazzini-Rucki can’t be found except through her attorney Michelle MacDonald, the Minnesota Activist Attorney. MacDonald has been critical of the Family Court System as well as one particular Family Court Judge. MacDonald’s boyfriend, Michael Rhedin is also a person of interest in the case as well as suspended family law activist attorney Dale Nathan.

In the Family Abduction cases, there is not always a definitive course of action for classifying teenagers as parentally kidnapped or runaways. As we’ve seen in the Elizabeth Morgan case of the ’80s, Ms. Morgan stayed in jail rather than give up the location of her daughter. In Sandra Rucki’s case, she also in hiding or underground but communicates with her activist attorney. And then there is activist Dale Nathan who has injected himself and his cause into the case and was apparently driving the getaway car when the children were alleged kidnapped.

The Star Tribune is reporting that Lakeville, Minnesota Law Enforcement will be stepping up efforts to find these teenagers. As most of us in the Family Abduction Community believe, if law enforcement decides they want to find someone, it usually doesn’t take very long. As we witnessed in the Genevieve Kelley case, after the case was featured on John Walsh’s CNN The Hunt, Kelley, less than a month after the airing, Kelley turned herself in.

We urge Samantha and Gianna Rucki to do the responsible thing and turn themselves in. That would certainly look much better on a college application than an college application essay about being taken into custody with your arrested mother. To Michelle MacDonald and Dale Nathan, it’s pathetic how the both of you are wasting law enforcement and judicial resources for your own narcissistic and attention-seeking agendas. And to proclaimed protective parent Sandra Grazzini-Rucki – what would have been so bad about co-parenting or joint custody? It appears you have given up on having any type of relationship with your left-behind children. The only thing you will have accomplished is to be the example that parents shouldn’t engage in parental alienation, and the family court system worked. You were not and are not looking at the “best interests of your children“.
